RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Rent Review Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, November 3 has been canceled.

CITY COUNCIL

The City Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 5 has been canceled.

ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

The Zoning Administrator is scheduled to conduct a hearing at 3 p.m. Thursday, November 6 in Conference Room 360 on the third floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue.

On the agenda: The administrator will consider approving a use permit allowing an existing residential care facility at 510 Central Avenue to expand from six beds to 12 beds. The administrator will also consider a use permit and conduct design review of a proposed temporary sales trailer, parking lot and signage for the new housing development at Alameda Landing that would allow the office to operate from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week. The administrator will also consider a use permit and conduct design review of a proposed temporary sales trailer, parking lot and signage for the new Marina Shores housing development at 1551 Buena Vista Avenue that would allow the office to operate from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
