Pension Board

The Pension Board meets at 4:30 p.m. Monday, July 29 in Conference Room 360 on the third floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue.

Successor Agency Oversight Board

The Successor Agency Oversight Board is holding a special meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 in Conference Room 360 on the third floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue.

On the agenda: The board is being asked to adopt a resolution acknowledging, affirming and ratifying the former Community Improvement Commission’s transfer of the Alameda Theatre and parking garage project to the city.

Public Arts Commission

The City of Alameda Public Arts Commission will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 31 in Conference Room 360 on the third floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue.

On the agenda: The commission will elect a chair and vice chair, receive an overview of the city’s public art ordinance and review a public art proposal for the new Target store at 2700 Fifth Street.

America’s Cup Ad Hoc Committee

The America’s Cup Ad Hoc Committee will hold its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 1 in Conference Room 391 on the third floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue.

On the agenda: The committee will discuss the Alameda Community Sailing Center and review ideas for action items.

Historical Advisory Board

The Historical Advisory Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 1 has been canceled due to a lack of quorum. Items scheduled to be heard have been continued to the board’s September 5 meeting.
